“Was it cold?” I could hear the grin spreading across his face as we watched the sky filled with stars.

“Of course, but it was a good kind of cold. It was a calm and relaxing cold. The type of cold you feel on top of a mountain.”

“Glad to hear.” He smiled. A tear rolled down my cheek as he hugged me once again. With that hug came that same cold feeling, like I was in some wonderland filled with contentment.

“Time to say goodbye.” And he did. The cold was replaced with a lonely and sad feeling.

Goodbye.”
