What would you do if you saw a stranger on the street holding a sign that said, “Hugs For A $1.00”? Well, that’s exactly what Blake Grigsby, a YouTube comedian, wanted to know. So, he went to the streets of Chicago to film a video that’s part comedy and part social-experiment.
