Hey, Germies!

The beauty picks for this month are centered around healthy skin.

Physicians Formula: Mineral Face Powder SPF 15

This powder gives light coverage and is infused with sunscreen, so it’s make-up that helps your skin look better even when you’re not wearing it.  This compact is a collage of 2 shades, one light and one slightly darker, so it evens out your skin tone when the two blend together.  This formula gives you light, everyday coverage, and it feels like you’re not wearing anything at all (any make-up, that is).  It works well with blush, and if you’re using concealer or foundation, it works great as a top matte layer.  This product lasts for a while; but, if you shove it in your purse during a frenzy of getting ready for work because you woke up late, then it just ends up breaking, and you get powder all over the contents of your purse. Please, take my word for it.

EOS Lip Balm: Raspberry

I had always heard of this lip balm, but i had never actually seen anyone use it. I thought I would give it a try, and I’m so glad I did! This lip balm comes in a weird looking spherical pod. It goes on smooth and is even flavored, which I thought would be annoying but is actually kind of fun. This lip balm provides moisture all day long, and you don’t need to keep applying it throughout the day (well unless you keep licking your lips like I did)! So, go out and see which flavor catches your eye, and see if this will become your go-to lip balm/chapstick!
