Here-ness and Me-ness in Three Words by Aleph Altman-Mills

“I am here”
is one of the best sentences
in the world.

“I”: all that is swimming inside me.
“I”: the worlds building themselves hot within me.

“Here”: this place where light reflects off toothache.
“Here”: this place where the air shapes to fit us.
“Here”: this place where kittens leave footprints
and it is a miracle.

I am here
in all this light.
