I’m quite uneducated in terms of politics. I really don’t know a single thing about them, and politics have honestly never interested me that much. Then, one of my favorite YouTubers, Essie Button, mentioned House of Cards in her vlog. I thought, why not give it a chance? It’d just be one more hour spent on the Internet. But let me tell you, there were multiple hours spent on the Internet watching House of Cards, and it blew me away.
This show was so good that I can’t even describe it. And believe me, if I — the most anti-politics settled mind in the whole universe — enjoyed it, you will also. It shows us the world of politics in such a fascinating way. Lies, corruption, intrigue? It has it all. Yes, there is some hard stuff in it; and, yes, it has some stuff that’s just a little bit hard to believe and acknowledge. But, oh my, it’s good.
And now, finally, the third season is coming! I honestly just can’t wait. It looks like it will be even more intense, and there will be a lot of drama and suspicion this season, so it will be even better than the fist two (Not that I can imagine how that is even possible).
