Darkly re-imagined for 2016’s Broadway Cares’ Easter Bonnet Competition, the cast of Hamilton gives a fantastic and chilling tribute to Stephen Sondheim’s Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. By transforming their opening number “Alexander Hamilton” into a veritable summary of Sweeney Todd, the cast of Hamilton proves once again that they are some of the best in the business.
