The King and I‘s Broadway revival kicks off on a high note with Kelli O’Hara’s Live! With Kelly and Michael performance of the classic song “Getting to Know You.” The King and I is a famous Rodgers and Hammerstein musical about an English school teacher (the Tony Award-winning O’Hara) who travels to the royal courts of Siam (modern day Thailand) and falls in love with its King (Ken Watanabe). The revival has been nominated for nine awards and counting.
