There’s no denying that men are the majority in politics. What’s even harder to deny is video proof of the gender disparity in positions of power. ELLE UK has launched an initiative called #MoreWomen to combat this overwhelming lack of diversity in a very creative and attention-grabbing way. By creating a video that photoshops men out of government gatherings, the results are eye-opening (and not to mention depressing).

According to ELLE, “There are too many instances where women are represented by a single female. In business, music, art and media, women rarely outnumber men. Why aren’t there #morewomen making it? There is room for more of us at the top.”
