It’s coming! There had always been rumors of them making a second movie, but I never quite believed them. Then, once Pitch Perfect 2 was officially a thing, I was highly skeptical. I loved the music and story from the first movie, but I had no idea what they could do for a sequel.

Then, I watched this trailer. It looks like more a cappella groups, more comedy, and hopefully more mash-ups. It’s the first movie but bigger! Bringing in a new, global singing competition was the way to go (what else could they have done?), and I am once again excited for a sequel to Pitch Perfect. I loved the songs from the first movie, but I have sung those ones to death. I’m ready for all the new songs this movie will have to offer.

But, seriously, I’m hoping for a lot more mash-ups this time around.
