Overall, Southpaw seems to be a touching story about a father and daughter, including the trials they must go through both emotionally and literally in order to be together.

This movie also seems incredibly action-packed, which is not surprising since the main character (Jake Gyllenhaal) is a world-renowned heavyweight champion.

Basically, this movie has it all, including Rachel McAdams! Although, from the trailer, she obviously isn’t going to be in much of the movie.
