I love stumbling upon a new artist or band because it opens me up to a whole new world of music. So, it’s safe to say that I was pretty happy the other day when I discovered The Sweeplings, a duo consisting of singers Cami Bradley and Whitney Dean. After listening to just a few seconds of their music, I immediately fell in love with their sound. Acoustic-driven with heavy folk influences, The Sweeplings also incorporate gorgeous, sweeping melodies that will immediately hook you in.

Their sound isn’t the only wonderful thing; their lyrics are melodically beautiful, as each song tells a story. As Bradley explains, “We hope that listening to our record is, in a way, akin to watching a great film. We want to provide our listeners with an experience that is felt, not just heard.”
